In this project, I focused on both product design and instructional design to enhance the user experience for Square's contactless payment solutions. Square provides small businesses with affordable and user-friendly hardware to facilitate seamless contactless transactions. My role involved designing intuitive, functional interfaces for the hardware and creating comprehensive instructional materials to help users quickly adopt and efficiently use the product. This dual approach ensured both ease of use and effective customer onboarding, driving adoption and satisfaction within the small business community.
