This project focused on creating product design and instructional content for Best Buy’s custom Learning Management System (LMS), aimed at educating employees about the wide range of products and services offered by the company. My role involved designing an intuitive and user-friendly LMS interface that enables employees to easily navigate training modules. I also developed instructional materials, such as comprehensive guides and interactive tutorials, to ensure that employees are well-versed in Best Buy’s offerings, equipping them with the knowledge to better assist customers and enhance their in-store experience.
